One thing I’ve noticed since I’ve been here is how safe it feels. People back home (London) tell me to “be careful” in Bucharest, and I was a little spooked before I got here. My experience has been that I actually feel safer!
Sure, don’t be an idiot, and if you look for trouble you’ll find it anywhere - but I’m yet to have a single “dodgy moment”
Love this share. My experience was very similar. I felt so safe, as did my partner. It just had a balanced energy. Eastern Europe is rich in history, buildings, nature, culture. Just a beautiful part of the world
